Luego, amplié mi experiencia internacional trabajando tres años en un restaurante italiano en el corazón de Ciudad de Panamá. Desde hace más de tres años, estoy radicado en Tulum, México, en donde brindo el servicio chef privado, llevando mi pasión y compromiso por la cocina a cada mesa y ofreciendo una experiencia personalizada y de primer nivel.
I began my journey at Brindillas restaurant in Mendoza, where I spent six years specializing in creating an exceptional culinary experience in a space that now holds a Michelin star. I then expanded my international experience by working for three years at an Italian restaurant in the heart of Panama City. For over three years now, I’ve been based in Tulum, Mexico, where I offer private chef services, bringing my passion and commitment to every table and providing a personalized, top-tier experience.
